To use Magic Mender in a session: -Apply a thick coating to pain points or problem areas before or after treatment and rub in for 2+ minutes to experience maximum effects. - If there are particularly tense/sore muscles you may apply these every 30 minutes until desired effects are achieved. -Try also: "set it and forget it" by applying a thick coating 10-15 minutes before you start working in an area.
