Be sure to include the reason behind your request, your order number located on your email confirmation, and a phone number where we can reach you.  The one exception to our refund policy is if you have arrived at us through an affiliate link from a third party company such as shareasale. 

If a refund is approved, you will be notified by email and your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 to 14 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded.
