Start with a good dollap
Don't be shy! For smaller areas (like elbows, knees and shoulder) use 1-2 finger tips to scoop out product. Should be about a quarter size of product. For larger areas (like back, hips, thighs) use 2-3 fingers to scoop out the product. You should end up with 2 quarter size of product.
Rub in until fully absorbed
Whatever area is bothering you, make sure to rub the Sports Cream fully into the area. You want to make sure to get all the surrounding tissue, not just the active sore point. This is your time to care for yourself, so we highly suggest spending the time massaging your paint points.

This sports cream is a true gift to yourself. It is above and beyond EXCELLENT. The discomfort that begins and then stems throughout my entire upper right shoulder quadrant.
