Happy Buddha offers a 7 – day unconditional money back guarantee.  If you’re not satisfied with our product for any reason, please contact us at sales@happybuddhahemp.com. Be sure to include the reason behind your request, your order number located on your email confirmation, and a phone number where we can reach you.  The one exception to our refund policy is if you have come to us via an affiliate link from a third party company such as shareasale.

Refunds (if applicable) 

If a refund is approved, you will be notified by email and your refund will be processed. A credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 to 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund within the allotted time, first check your bank account.  If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@happybuddhahemp.com

Sale items (if applicable)  

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Exchanges 

If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact  sales@happybuddhahemp.com within 7 days and we will be happy to exchange your product for another of equal or lesser value.
