Recommended use in treatments or sessions: Can be used as a full body or spot treatment for therapeutic sessions. If using full body, we recommend using 1oz during the treatment. If using it for spot treatment, apply to the desired area and the surrounding tissue. Rub in for a few minutes with any therapeutic technique. Can be combined with other topicals. Glide: Lavender Face & Body Crème has a medium amount of glide after absorption occurs in 5-10 minutes. Manual therapies will help the cream to absorb faster. If you apply and are looking for less glide, you can wipe off the remainder of the product after 5-10 minutes or it has absorbed and apply any techniques that need more friction. You may also apply it after any friction or dry techniques. If you are looking for something with more glide, our bulk body oils are highly recommended.
