Recommended Usage in Sessions or Treatments: For relaxation and stress we recommend 1oz for a full body treatment (applicable for massages). Apply what is needed to perform your techniques. For Local application- Apply CBD body oil so the desired area is covered, spend a few minutes to massage the oil into the skin then apply any techniques you would normally do. Re-apply after techniques are finished. Glide: Body Oils have a very high glide and can take 10-15 minutes to absorb in. After absorption the area will retain a high amount of glide. If you need less glide, just gently pat off any excess oil after the 10-15 minute mark. If no glide is desired, it can be used after any dry or friction based technique. If you are looking for a product with a little less glide, we recommended either the sports cream of Lavender Face & Body Crème. Other Suggestions: If you are concerned about staining, use of towels or dark linens is recommended.

I love it and my clients love it. I get the unscented. I was worried clients would complain because it does smell like weed, however no one has said a word and they all love how they feel during and post massage. This is a great product.
